Our Corporate Support Services include: Staff induction values training, Ethics and Workplace Training, and Values system empowerment for Boards and Senior Management
Family Wellness
Under our Nawiri initiative, we offer an array of programs including pre-marital counseling, parenting classes, marriage counseling and family-enrichment workshops.
Youth Empowerment
Under the Jitunze Ujituze initiative, we engage life issues affecting young people including – career development, positive relationships, sexuality, identity formation and entrepreneurship.
Community Empowerment
We conduct initiatives that affirm celebrated and progressive values in communities. We also espouse and propagate national values, linking them as essentials in local development.
Research
We undertake research on a wide range of ethics-related issues. In addition to the institute’s research, we network and co-work with other institutions to generate information on moral trends.
Public Speaking
We train individuals and teams in public speaking skills. Our scheduled trainings are open to all. We also offer customized coaching and support persons to prepare speeches for specific events.
